Travel Sales Consultant

Position -Travel sales consultant

Salary - 20K-45K

Location - NSP Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

· Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budgets

· Research, plan, and book flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and other travel services

· Provide customers with accurate information on travel regulations (e.g., passports, visas, vaccinations)

· Recommend travel packages and services based on clients’ preferences and travel history

· Prepare detailed and customized travel itineraries

· Handle changes, cancellations, and emergency travel issues promptly and professionally

· Maintain and update client records and travel documents

· Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors and partners

· Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry news

· Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role

· Strong sales and customer service skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings at once

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent (required)

· Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)

· 1–3 years of relevant experience in travel and tourism industry

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
