About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and customer-oriented Russian Speaking Travel Sales Consultant to handle guest inquiries, promote our tourism services, and generate sales from hotel guests and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will manage daily travel desk operations while delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in, phone, and WhatsApp inquiries from guests and clients.
• Recommend and sell UAE tour packages, desert safaris, city excursions, transfers, and activities.
• Promote and upsell tours, cruises, and special experiences.
• Manage bookings, confirmations, vouchers, and itineraries accurately.
• Coordinate with drivers, guides, suppliers, and operations for smooth service delivery.
• Handle customer requests, changes, or complaints professionally.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and UAE attractions and experiences.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in the travel/tourism industry or hotel travel desk is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE tours, attractions, and transportation offerings.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
