Traveling Commercial GC Site Superintendent (4 Years Experience Required)

Site Superintendent - Min. 4 years Experience Required
Kirkland based, growing commercial general contractor seeks experienced superintendent for primarily Tenant Improvement, Office/ Retail Core & Shell projects. Confidentiality assured.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 5 years construction Superintendent experience

- Strong leaderships skills

- Can-do attitude, a motivator in getting work done on time and within budget

- Self-starter with a strong work ethic

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Great communication skills with clients and team members

- Understands the importance of working as a team within the organization and has the ability to assist subcontractors to assure their success on the project

- Strong capabilities toward the development & implementation of the weekly 5 week project schedule

- Coordination of all inspections & sub-trade's work

- Set an example on-site regarding safety policies and project specific policies

- Certification of OSHA 10 & 30 preferred

- Performance meets or exceeds client's expectations (customer driven)

- Computer skills (Microsoft Office -- Outlook, Word, Excel), mobile & cloud based technologies proficient

- Administration of daily reports & photos, field PO's and conducting safety meetings

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to lead, manage and accept accountability for all field activities, safety and reporting functions of an assigned project

- Ability to coordinate subcontractors and self-perform work to deliver a project on schedule

- Competent in reading blueprints, specifications and knowledgeable in commercial construction methods

- Knowledgeable in municipal requirements for reporting, inspections and project close out

- Foresight to predict and ability to solve problems with available resources

- Ability to perform physical tasks common to a carpentry position

- Fluent in English both oral and written

- Drug-free and the ability to pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $116,655.00 per year
