Traveling Dentist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our rapidly expanding mobile dental practice, serving the Philadelphia regional area. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for patient care and be adept at performing various dental procedures in a mobile, home-based environment. The dentist will be provided with all necessary equipment to serve homebound seniors and those with limited mobility. This is a unique opportunity to provide essential dental care to underserved populations, making a real impact in the community. Duties

• Perform thorough dental examinations and create individualized treatment plans
• Conduct dental extractions, restorations, and other dental procedures as needed
• Fabricate dental prosthetics (e.g., dentures) and ensure proper fitting
• Record vital signs and maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records
• Educate patients and caregivers on oral health and post-treatment care
• Provide compassionate care and ensure patients are comfortable throughout procedures

Experience

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Pennsylvania
• Proven experience in general dentistry, with a focus on patient-centered care
• Proficiency in dental extractions, denture fabrication, and other general procedures
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Experience with geriatric or special needs patients is a plus
• Familiarity with dental software systems
