Traveling Registered Dental Hygienist

Looking for a short-term hygiene opportunity where you can step into a well-run practice and practice at a higher level?

Castle Peak & Avon Dental is hiring a temporary or traveling Registered Dental Hygienist. This role is a great fit for Colorado-based hygienists who already hold an active license or are able to obtain one quickly.

You will be joining a practice that values clinical excellence, strong systems, and a team approach to patient care. This is not a volume-driven hygiene schedule. Our hygienists are part of treatment conversations and contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes.

What to Expect

• 4-day workweek with a consistent, organized schedule
• Competitive hourly pay: $55–$65 per hour
• Housing provided during your assignment
• Health insurance and 401(k) eligibility depending on length of employment
• Updated technology and efficient clinical systems that support your workflow

When housing is included, total compensation value can reach approximately $68–$78 per hour.

Practice Overview

You will be working in a comprehensive general practice that provides:

• Preventive and restorative dentistry
• Implants and full-mouth rehabilitation
• IV sedation
• Botox and filler services
• Airway and sleep therapy for both adults and children

This environment allows hygienists to go beyond routine care and be part of more advanced, collaborative treatment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver thorough and efficient hygiene care
• Complete patient assessments and screenings
• Educate patients on oral health and periodontal care
• Work alongside doctors on treatment planning
• Maintain accurate and organized clinical records
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols

• A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in Colorado, or someone willing to obtain licensure
