Treasury Asset & Liability Management Associate / Senior Associate

We are looking for new team members to join our Business Continuity Center located at our Ankara center. We are seeking a Treasury Asset and Liability Management Specialist / Senior Specialist to join our team under the Treasury Group Presidency.

Job Description

• Follow market dynamics and news flow both in domestic and international markets,
• Preparing and updating the daily liquidity position of the bank and engage in necessary funding transactions,
• Preparing liquidity projections,
• Managing the liquidity risk,
• Preparing ALCO reports and presentations,
• Close follow for counterparty, regulatory and internal limits,
• Having knowledge of bank balance sheets and accounting principles,
• Overseeing the nostro accounts of the bank,
• Conducting money market deals and related operations,
• Executing repo transactions on Borsa Istanbul as a market representative

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy or relevant departments,
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred,
• Fluency in oral and written English,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills,
• A genuine interest in the financial markets,
• Strong technical and analytical skills with qualitative and quantitative reasoning capabilities,
• Competitive Excel, SQL and VBA knowledge is an asset,
• CMB of Derivative Instruments Licence and Level 3 Licence.
