We are seeking a motivated individual to join Vestel Ventures, a sector-agnostic Venture Capital fund. The role involves identifying and evaluating technology-driven startups, conducting financial analysis, and supporting investment processes. You will also build relationships in the startup ecosystem, and collaborate effectively with startup founders and internal stakeholders.

Job Description:

• Screen startups, develop and manage the deal pipeline and engage with potential startups for investment consideration
• Analyzing companies by developing a deep understanding of their team, customers, sales cycles, market sizing and business model
• Prepare financial and general reporting related to investment activities
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including financial analysis and due diligence of startup companies
• Perform in-depth market and competitor research to support investment decisions
• Assess technical feasibility and lead relevant evaluation studies
• Track local and global startup ecosystems and stay informed on innovation and tech trends
• Coordinate contract processes and manage communication between internal and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong ecosystem relationships to support the investment pipeline

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields
• Previous venture capital experience is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• 5+ years of experience in financial auditing, investment banking, consulting, private equity, M&A, or venture capital
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Proficient in financial modeling, reporting, and valuation techniques
• Data-driven and eager to extract insights and identify opportunities
• Curious and highly skilled in research and deep-dive analysis
• Passionate about technology trends, startups, and innovation
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
