Role Overview

The Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to provide strategic insights into treasury and investment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, and forecasting.
• Manage banking relationships and negotiate financial terms.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow, investments, and working capital.
• Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international financial standards.
• Collaborate with finance and investment teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare treasury reports and present insights to senior management.
• Evaluate financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA, CPA, or ACCA certification preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in treasury management or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, and investment strategies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, treasury management software, and financial modeling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
