Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to oversee and enhance our financial operations. This role will play a critical part in managing liquidity, optimizing cash flow, and supporting the company’s continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning and liquidity planning
• Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts
• Oversee banking relationships, facilities, and transactions
• Monitor and manage financial risks, including currency and interest rate exposure
• Implement and maintain treasury policies, controls, and procedures
• Support funding requirements, including loans, guarantees, and credit lines
• Prepare treasury reports and provide insights to senior management
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams on budgeting and financial strategy

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) is preferred
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance
• Strong knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and financial instruments
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management systems
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
