Treasury Officer - Finance Trade

Position: Treasury officer (Export Trade)

Qualification: BBA/B.COM/MBA

Experience: 3 - 4 years of experience

Industry: Manufacturing

Location: Karachi

Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and presentation of export documents (Foreign & Local).

- Prepare Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Beneficiary Certificate, and Shipment Advice through Oracle Export Module.

- Coordinate with Export Sales, Logistics, and Insurance companies for documentation, submission, and CIF policy arrangements.

- Review and verify LC drafts, share LCs/amendments with Sales, update Oracle records, and maintain LC files.

- Prepare and arrange compliance documents for banks (APV, PFI, FI request, etc.) and follow up for payment realization.

- Obtain Chamber of Commerce attestation and issue Certificates of Origin.

- Coordinate with Receivables for voucher recording and with IT for Export Module updates.

- Record export-related bank charges and maintain advance payment utilization.

- Prepare BL formats, finalize BL drafts, and coordinate for Original Bill of Lading and release documents.

- Share courier details of bank-dispatched documents with Sales.

- Maintain export documentation records in Excel.

- Issue Export Performance Certificates for FPPCI awards.

- Prepare VI 2-B, EFS documents, and follow up with the bank until realization
