Experience: Minimum 3 – 4 years of relevant experience

Job Objective:

To manage and execute all export-related banking operations, including preparation, compilation, and submission of export documentation for LC, collection, open account, and advance payment transactions.

Functions of the Job Position:

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and presentation of export documents (Foreign
• & Local).
• Prepare Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Beneficiary Certificate, and Shipment Advice through Oracle Export Module.
• Coordinate with Export Sales, Logistics, and Insurance companies for documentation, submission, and CIF policy arrangements.
• Review and verify LC drafts, share LCs/amendments with Sales, update Oracle records, and maintain LC files.
• Prepare and arrange compliance documents for banks (APV, PFI, FI request, etc.) and follow up for payment realization.
• Obtain Chamber of Commerce attestation and issue Certificates of Origin.
• Coordinate with Receivables for voucher recording and with IT for Export Module updates.
• Record export-related bank charges and maintain advance payment utilization.
• Prepare BL formats, finalize BL drafts, and coordinate for Original Bill of Lading and release documents.
• Share courier details of bank-dispatched documents with Sales.
• Maintain export documentation records in Excel.
• Issue Export Performance Certificates for FPPCI awards.
• Prepare VI 2-B, EFS documents, and follow up with the bank until realization.
