ROLE PURPOSE
The Treasury Senior specialist will oversee daily cash operations, manage banking relationships, and support strategic financial negotiations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient cash management, foreign exchange oversight, and payment execution across local and international entities. Youll also play a key role in monitoring bank charges, supporting financial institution negotiations, and enabling scalable treasury processes for international growth.
KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Cash & Liquidity Management
- Monitor daily cash positions across entities and jurisdictions
- Forecast short-term and medium-term liquidity needs
Payments & Banking Operations
- Execute local and cross-border payments.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and banking protocols.
- Maintain payment templates and approval workflows in ERP systems.
Maintain proper transactional archiving for audit purpose.
Banking Relationships-
Manage relationships with local and international banks.

Track and negotiate banking fees, service levels, and facilities.

Support onboarding of new banking partners in emerging markets
Foreign Exchange & Risk
- Monitor FX exposures and support hedging strategies.
- Collaborate with finance teams to align FX forecasts with business needs.
- Evaluate currency risks in new jurisdictions.
Treasury Controls & Reporting - Reconcile bank accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Monitor bank charges and ensure cost efficiency.

Prepare treasury dashboards and reports for leadership.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting
Key Job Skills and Differentiating Competencies Required:
- Experience in hypergrowth startups or international expansion is a preference.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure in a fast-paced environment.

5+ years of treasury experience, ideally in tech, telecom, or asset-heavy industries

Strong understanding of international banking, FX, and payment systems

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and treasury modules

Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
Specialized Certifications Required:
CFA/CTP is a preference.
