Treasury Specialist

Sisal Sans, established in partnership with Sisal S.p.A and Demirören Holding, is an organization that provides services in both the retail and digital sectors, authorized to carry out the games of chance in Turkey for 10 years in 2020.We are looking for a Treasury Specialist for our company, leading in Turkish gaming industry. The position reports to Treasury Manager.

Essential responsibilities:

· To make short, medium, and long-term cash flow planning, to follow and report the realizations,

· To determine cash flow needs and to provide financing opportunities in the most appropriate maturity and currency,

· To ensure the highest level of return on cash with the most appropriate maturity and rates in accordance with the cash flow plan,

· To follow up and declare financial commitments that are based on credit relations,

· To monitor the development of working capital and to bring forward recommendations for necessary improvement,

· To search for financial tools and methods in order to improve customer profitability and loyalty, business relationship, sustainability, and supply chain costs, and to develop profitable business models with related units.

Qualifications

· University degree in Business Administration and Economics, or another university degree with an MBA degree,

· Minimum 3 years of Treasury and/or Banking experience,

· Strong analytical ability, budgeting, and cash forecasting,

· Very good command of written and spoken English,

· Have experience of SAP Implementation process,

· High proficiency in MS Office programs,

· Good understanding of basic accounting principles,

· Team player with very good communication skills including effective writing abilities,

· Business orientation and high sense of ethics & responsibility,
