We’re searching for a talented and motivated Treatment Coordinator in the Kirkland area who is eager to advance their career and make a meaningful impact.

Working at Premier Periodontics will provide the opportunity to collaborate with experts. Closely partnering with the Care Center Lead, you will regularly engage in strategy/education sessions that will elevate our patient experience. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our practice, bridging the gap between our patients and their optimal dental health. You will be responsible for managing patient treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and ensuring that each patient understands their treatment options and financial obligations. Your ability to communicate effectively, your organizational skills, and your compassionate approach will help us continue to deliver the highest standard of care.

Duties include:

  • Treatment coordination and insurance verifications.
  • Answer and return all new patient incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Appropriately manage multiple incoming calls.
  • Identify system and procedure inefficiencies and provides solutions.
  • Assist Care Center Lead as needed.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout patient visit.
  • Take ownership of the provider’s schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and production.
  • Act as a liaison between clinician and patient.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer Service in a professional setting is required
  • A minimum of 2 years experience with dental insurance verifications
  • Treatment presentation experience preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 hourly

Typical work week: Tuesdays - Fridays, 7am-5pm up to 10 hour days
