Litigation Attorney – Alabama & Tennessee Licensed

Job Summary
Fidelity National Law Group, in-house litigation counsel for Fortune 500 Fidelity National Financial and its family of companies, is seeking an experienced trial attorney. This is a remote-first position with a monthly in-person meeting at our Atlanta, Georgia office. Candidates must reside in Alabama, Georgia, or Tennessee and be licensed to practice law in Alabama and Tennessee. A Georgia license is a plus.
Responsibilities
· Manage a full caseload from inception through resolution.
· Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
· Attend hearings, depositions, trials, and meetings.
· Conduct legal research and oversee paralegal projects.
· Mentor and collaborate with legal support staff.
· Provide strategic legal recommendations to stakeholders.
· Complete administrative tasks including reports and time tracking.
· Travel as needed throughout Alabama and Tennessee.
Qualifications
· JD from an accredited law school.
· 5–10 years of litigation experience.
· Expertise in civil trial practice; real estate experience preferred.
· Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.
· Licensed in Alabama and Tennessee (required); Georgia (preferred).
· No disciplinary history.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $120,000–$165,000 per year
