Trial Attorney – Personal Injury

Brooks Law is a rapidly-growing, energetic mid-size law firm looking for a driven litigation attorney with 3-7 years of personal injury experience to assist other attorneys with small and large claims to join our personal injury team at Brooks Law. You would be joining a team of approximately 15 driven, dynamic, and collaborative attorneys and paralegals.

We primarily serve the Brazilian and Hispanic communities, and language capabilities are a plus, but not required. We have offices in Medford and Framingham (your base will be in Medford) and the ability to travel to different jurisdictions within the state of MA for court appearances is a must.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a caseload of personal injury litigation cases from intake through trial.
• Be in constant collaboration with managing PI partner to drive strategy, expansion, and department growth.
• Mentor and push junior attorneys and staff to perform at the highest level.
• Collaboration with attorneys and paralegals to handle injury cases and ensure clients receive the compensation they deserve.
• Utilize technology to work smarter and more efficiently.
• Take a growth-focused approach and contribute to the success of the firm.
• Provide excellent legal services to our diverse client base.
• Appear before the District and Superior Courts of Massachusetts to litigate civil cases.

What We Want

• Proven fighter—3–7+ years of personal injury litigation, with trial experience to back it up.
• Deep knowledge of Personal Injury laws in Massachusetts.

• Barred in MA (other jurisdictions is a plus).

Pay: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
