Truck Dispatch Sales Executive

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Truck Dispatch Sales Executive to join our logistics and transportation team. This role is pivotal in coordinating freight movement, managing customer relationships, and optimizing dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical proficiency with transportation management systems, and a solid understanding of supply chain logistics. Duties

• Coordinate and schedule freight shipments using transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management and SyteLine.
• Utilize GIS, GPS, and other tracking tools to monitor fleet movements and ensure timely deliveries.
• Engage with clients and carriers via multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Perform data entry related to shipping & receiving, dispatching, and freight documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in transportation planning by analyzing logistics data to optimize routes and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage dispatching activities for freight movement, including scheduling pickups and deliveries while maintaining compliance with safety standards.
• Support fleet management tasks such as vehicle allocation, maintenance scheduling, and utilization analysis.
• Collaborate with 3PL providers and internal teams to coordinate shipping & receiving activities effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of shipments, dispatch logs, and related documentation for reporting purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience with transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management or AS400 is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GIS, GPS technology, logistics, supply chain management, and transportation planning.
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret logistical data for decision-making purposes.
• Proficiency in data entry, typing speed, and managing multi-line phone systems efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette for client interactions.
• Familiarity with freight operations, dispatching procedures, fleet management, shipping & receiving processes, and 3PL coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and recordkeeping. Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
