Truck Dispatch Sales Executive– USA Campaign

F. Link Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Truck Dispatching Sales Executive for a USA-based Dispatch campaign.

This role is for a hands-on sales leader who can close deals, manage a small sales team, and bring structure to the sales process. We are looking for someone who can take ownership and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the USA sales campaign on a daily basis
  • Actively handle sales calls and close sales personally
  • Train, guide, and monitor junior sales representatives
  • Develop and execute clear sales strategies to achieve daily and monthly targets
  • Handle objections, negotiations, and escalated client conversations
  • Track performance, follow up on leads, and ensure consistent conversions

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Strong English communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in USA-based sales campaigns
  • Ability to lead from the front and close deals under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Disciplined, target-driven, and performance-focused mindset
  • Minimum 6 months experience in sales (USA campaign preferred)

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: Up to 75,000
