Truck Dispatch Sales Manager

IGET SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is a leading BPO company based in Lahore, Pakistan, with over 7 years of experience providing outbound sales, customer support, and operational management services to businesses across the USA. We specialize in truck dispatching and logistics services. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growing outbound team on a USA campaign.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Oversee a team of telesales agents, motivating and guiding them to exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies for the USA market, focusing on dispatch and logistics services.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive lead generation efforts, cold calling, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of sales management experience, preferably in outbound sales or a BPO environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record in leading a sales team and driving performance.
  • Sales Expertise: Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and client conversion.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Target-Driven: Ability to set and achieve challenging sales goals.
  • Work Hours: Comfortable working US business hours (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
