Timings : Summer 5pm to 2am
Winter : 6pm to 3am
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Location: Bahria town phase 5 Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:

• 1+ year of experience required
• Schedule drivers for freight deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely and efficient routes.
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment details, delivery/pickup times, and any special handling instructions.
• Prepare and manage dispatch documents, freight bills, and customer invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched calls, driver assignments, route adjustments, and delivery/pickup times.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with transportation laws and regulations.
• Review driver logs and documentation, including dispatch records and arrival/departure times.
• Handle inbound calls and act as a communication link between drivers, brokers, and customers.
• Log and update customer shipping schedules and address any concerns or complaints promptly.

Requirements:

• Neutral English accent with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Google Maps.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous dispatching or logistics experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
