Regularly track and monitor to check why the orders have not been dispatched by the warehouse

Create tickets on CTS platform for orders with address queries, parcels delivered to parcel shops

If any collection ticket is created on CTS, then action to be taken

Resolve the queries raised by customer support

Follow up with couriers for stuck parcels via email and their self-service portal

Effective communication with the Compliance team to maintain account performance, and with the Customer Support team to address customer concerns
