Truck Dispatcher

We are a rapidly expanding Truck Dispatch Company delivering comprehensive dispatch and logistics management solutions to trucking businesses. We are currently seeking proactive and dedicated Truck Dispatchers to join our professional team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage loads for trucking companies.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and clients.
• Negotiate freight rates and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and handle any issues during transit.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work the night shift (U.S. hours).
• candidates with up to 1 year of experience in dispatch are encouraged to apply.
