Truck Dispatcher

We are a US-based logistics company looking for a skilled and proactive Truck Dispatcher to join our team. We manage nationwide freight operations and require someone who can handle dispatching tasks efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule loads for drivers across the US
• Coordinate with shippers, brokers, and drivers
• Track driver locations and ensure on-time deliveries
• Maintain accurate documentation and update systems in real time
• Handle calls, emails, and resolve any on-road issues
• Negotiate rates and secure profitable loads

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (English – verbal & written)
• Previous dispatch experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Computer literate (MS Office, dispatch software preferred)
• Must be comfortable working night shift
