Mid-size company seeking Dispatcher – Joliet, IL

We are a growing mid-size company located in Joliet, IL looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team, with access to steady accounts and consistent freight.

Requirements:

• Previous dispatching experience preferred
• Familiarity with DAT Load Board is a strong plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule loads efficiently
• Communicate with drivers and clients
• Manage and maintain steady accounts for consistent work
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues as they arise
