Job Title: Experienced Truck Dispatcher (Loadboard, Brokerage & Specialized Freight, Driver Sales, Carrier - Driver Onboarding)

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview:

PRO AGENT BPO is hiring an experienced Truck Dispatcher with strong expertise in US loadboard dispatching, freight brokerage, and carrier sourcing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling specialized freight categories and managing complete dispatch operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage truck dispatch operations using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
• Book profitable loads and negotiate rates with brokers
• Coordinate with drivers for pickups, deliveries, and route planning
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, shippers, and clients
• Source and onboard new carriers and drivers
• Handle freight brokerage operations and documentation
• Track shipments and resolve transit issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of loads, drivers, and payments

Specialized Freight Handling (Required):

Candidate must have experience working with the following freight types:

• Livestock transportation
• Frozen meat / reefer loads
• Oil / liquid tanker loads
• Car shipping / auto transport
• Food loads (temperature-controlled & dry)
• Motorbike transportation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in truck dispatching (US market preferred)
• Strong command of load boards like DAT and Truckstop
• Experience in freight brokerage & rate negotiation
• Proven ability to onboard carriers and drivers
• Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple trucks
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of dispatch tools and MS Office

Preferred Skills:

• Existing network of brokers/shippers
• Experience with reefer, flatbed, dry van, tanker, and auto carriers
• Knowledge of US DOT compliance and documentation

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
