Truck Dispatcher

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher / Freight Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day dispatching operations for U.S.-based trucking units. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in freight dispatching, rate negotiation, carrier compliance, and transportation management systems (TMS), with the ability to independently manage up to 4 trucks/units efficiently.

Candidates with experience handling Amazon Relay loads and using QuickManage are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and manage up to 4 trucking units efficiently.
• Coordinate loads, routes, and schedules for drivers.
• Book and manage freight through Amazon Relay and load boards.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with brokers and customers.
• Monitor market trends and analyze rate data to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA requirements and maintain proper documentation.
• Manage and update dispatch activities in TMS and QuickManage systems.
• Communicate with drivers regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, and issues.
• Track shipments and provide timely operational updates.
• Handle detention, layover, TONU, and related operational matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in U.S. truck dispatching and freight operations.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Dispatching operations
• Compliance procedures
• TMS systems
• Amazon Relay
• QuickManage
• Proven experience in rate negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market rate trends and load profitability.
• Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or American accent preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work independently during U.S. business hours.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience handling dry van, reefer, or box truck operations.
• Existing broker communication experience.
• Familiarity with DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
