Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell US Truck Dispatching services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, onboarding trucking companies and owner-operators, and building long-term client relationships to drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, prospect, and contact potential trucking companies and owner-operators

across the US

· Present and promote US truck dispatching services, clearly communicating value and service benefits

· Generate high-quality leads and convert them into active, long-term clients

· Onboard new carriers and ensure a smooth handoff to dispatch and operations teams

· Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers to encourage retention and referrals

· Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

· Coordinate closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure service alignment

· Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM or tracking tools

Requirements

· Proven experience in sales (truck dispatching, logistics is plus)

· Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets

· Fluent in spoken and written English

· Comfortable working in a performance-driven, target-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
