Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Type: Full-Time | Salary: Rs. 55,000 – 80,000 + Commission
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday OFF

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced U.S. Truck Dispatcher to join our logistics operations. You will be responsible for managing freight loads, coordinating with drivers & brokers, live trip monitoring, and ensuring on-time delivery across U.S. routes. If you have dispatching experience and excellent communication skills — this position offers strong long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign & dispatch drivers for scheduled freight loads
• Monitor trips in real-time and maintain smooth communication
• Build strong relationships with drivers, brokers & clients
• Use load boards & dispatch software to book and manage loads
• Resolve delivery delays, routing & scheduling issues quickly
• Maintain accurate trip logs, records, and compliance documentation
• Ensure efficient and professional workflow at all times

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Minimum 8 months U.S. truck dispatching experience (mandatory)
• Strong coordination, negotiation & problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with U.S. freight & logistics operations (preferred)
• Computer literate with dispatching tools/load boards
• Willing to work night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
• Organized, proactive, and responsible attitude
