Job Overview

We are hiring an Experienced U.S. Truck Dispatcher to join our growing logistics operations. The ideal candidate must have proven U.S. dispatch experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to handle fast-paced freight operations with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage drivers for U.S. trucking operations
• Book, negotiate, and secure loads using U.S. load boards
• Communicate effectively with brokers, drivers, and customers
• Monitor routes, resolve delivery issues, and ensure schedule compliance
• Maintain documentation, trip logs, and dispatch records
• Ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and smooth operations

Eligibility Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Minimum 8 months of proven U.S. Truck Dispatch experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. load boards and dispatch tools
• Excellent negotiation and coordination skills
• Strong computer and multitasking ability
• Comfortable working night shift (05:00 PM – 02:00 AM)
