Telesales Representative – Truck Dispatch Services (US Night Shift)

Location: Lahore, Onsite
Shift: 6:00 PM PKT to 3:00 AM PKT (Monday–Friday)

Experience: 0-1 years in US outbound telesales (trucking/logistics experience highly preferred)

Job Summary

We are hiring aggressive and result-oriented Telesales Representatives to sell our Truck Dispatching and Freight Brokerage services to owner-operators and small trucking companies across the USA & Canada during US business hours (night shift in India).

You will call independent truck owners, build trust quickly, explain how our dispatch service finds them higher-paying loads, negotiates rates, handles paperwork, and reduces deadhead miles — ultimately helping them earn more with less hassle.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 120–180 outbound calls per shift using predictive/auto dialer
• Cold-call and warm-call owner-operators and small fleets from provided lead lists (DAT, Truckstop, Google leads, Facebook groups, etc.)
• Deliver a clear, confident pitch about our dispatch service benefits (higher revenue per mile, 24/7 support, no forced dispatch, quick pay, etc.)
• Close deals on the phone and sign up new clients (percentage-based or flat-fee dispatch contracts)
• Accurately log every call and update CRM/notes in real time
• Strictly follow TCPA, DNC, STIR/SHAKEN, and Do-Not-Call compliance rules

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0-1 year of proven US outbound telesales experience (trucking/freight broker/dispatch sales experience is a BIG plus)
• Excellent spoken English with neutral or slight American accent
• Strong convincing and closing skills – must sound confident and knowledgeable about trucking
• Basic understanding of trucking terms: owner-operator, dry van, reefer, flatbed, box truck, power-only, spot vs contract rates, deadhead, broker vs dispatch, MC authority, factoring, etc.
• Ability to handle high rejection and stay motivated
• Fast and accurate typing (30+ WPM) for live CRM updates
• Comfortable working night shifts permanently

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
