Shift Timing: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary & Commission

• Basic Salary: PKR 55,000 to 80,000
• High performance-based commissions

Job Summary

We are hiring a Truck Dispatcher with U.S. logistics experience to manage daily freight operations for American trucking companies.

This role is best suited for candidates who can independently book loads, negotiate rates with brokers, and coordinate drivers to ensure on-time deliveries. If you are looking for a night-shift dispatch job with fixed weekends off, this is a strong opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Book loads using U.S. load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
• Dispatch and coordinate drivers according to schedules
• Negotiate rates with brokers to maximize profit
• Maintain regular communication with brokers, drivers, and shippers
• Track loads, handle delays, and resolve issues professionally
• Keep dispatch records, logs, and basic compliance documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 8 months experience in U.S. truck dispatch
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of U.S. logistics, load boards, and dispatch workflow
• Basic understanding of FMCSA regulations
• Strong negotiation and time-management skills
• Comfortable using Excel, spreadsheets, and dispatch tools
• Willing to work night shift (05:00 PM – 02:00 AM)
• On-site availability in Lahore
