This is a full-time, on-site role for a Truck Dispatcher located in Lahore. The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for managing drivers' schedules, assigning routes, and ensuring timely deliveries. Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving delivery-related issues, and maintaining detailed records of shipments and operations. The role requires effective communication with drivers and clients, as well as working to improve dispatch processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Logistics and transportation management experience, with the ability to oversee delivery schedules and coordinate fleet operations.
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with drivers and customers.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address challenges and ensure timely deliveries.
• Data management and record-keeping skills to maintain shipment information and operational logs.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
• Prior experience in the U.S. logistics market is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in logistics or transportation is preferred.
