Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

Salary: Rs. 55,000 – 70,000 + Commission
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday OFF

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Truck Dispatcher for our U.S. logistics operations. The role involves scheduling and coordinating freight loads, communicating with drivers and brokers, and ensuring timely deliveries across U.S. routes. If you have dispatching experience and excellent communication skills, this role offers strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and dispatch drivers for scheduled freight deliveries
• Monitor live trips and maintain continuous communication
• Manage relationships with drivers, brokers, and clients
• Use dispatch software and load boards to assign loads
• Quickly resolve delivery or routing issues
• Keep accurate logs and records for compliance
• Ensure smooth operations in line with company standards

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• At least 8 months of U.S. truck dispatching experience
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Good knowledge of U.S. logistics and freight operations (preferred)
• Proficiency in computers and dispatching tools
• Ability to work night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
