Truck Dispatching Sales Agent (On-Site – Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi)

Company Overview:

We are a U.S.-based truck dispatching company operating from Pakistan. Our goal is to help American truck drivers and small fleets grow their businesses through efficient dispatch services and consistent loads.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and close leads for U.S. truck dispatching services.
• Call and onboard new clients (owner-operators, small fleets).
• Present service packages, pricing, and benefits.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Work closely with dispatch and operations teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in truck dispatching sales or freight brokerage.
• Excellent English communication and sales negotiation skills.
• Confident, target-driven, and professional personality.
• Knowledge of U.S. trucking operations preferred.
• Must work on-site at Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi (Night Shift).
