The Role (Read This Carefully)

This is not a typical recruiter role.

You will work closely with leadership to build and manage a full driver workforce for a FedEx delivery partner — from hiring to daily operations.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Takes full ownership, not just tasks
  • Thinks like an operator, not an employee
  • Can work directly with CEO-level leadership
  • Is proactive, organized, and solution-driven

What You’ll Be Responsible For1. End-to-End Driver Recruitment (Core Focus)

  • Source, screen, and hire delivery drivers at scale
  • Build reliable pipelines using job boards, outreach, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assess reliability, compliance, and fit
  • Own the entire hiring funnel — not just sourcing

2. Operations & Workforce Management

  • Manage driver schedules, shifts, and route allocations
  • Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth deliveries
  • Act as the bridge between drivers and management
  • Solve real-time issues (no waiting, no escalation dependency)

3. Compliance & Performance Tracking

  • Ensure drivers meet all safety compliance standards
  • Track attendance, performance, and delivery efficiency
  • Identify problems early and fix them proactively

4. Process Building & Optimization

  • Improve hiring, onboarding, and tracking systems
  • Bring ideas to improve efficiency, reduce drop-offs, and save costs
  • Report directly to leadership with insights and solutions (not just data)

Who This Is Perfect For

  • Someone who has worked in logistics hiring or operations
  • Someone who has handled high-volume hiring (drivers is a big plus)

  • Someone who can handle pressure and make decisions independently

Requirements

✅ 2+ years in logistics recruitment or operations
✅ Experience hiring or managing drivers (strong plus)
✅ Strong ownership mindset (this is critical)
✅ Excellent communication & coordination skills
✅ Comfortable working directly with leadership
✅ Experience with CRMs / ATS / tracking systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
