Truck Mixer Driver (Ready-Mix Concrete, UAE Experience)

• Safely operate the truck mixer to transport ready-mix concrete from the batching plant to various project sites.
• Ensure timely delivery of concrete as per dispatch instructions and project schedules.
• Inspect the truck mixer daily, including oil, water, tires, brakes, drum, and hydraulic system, ensuring the vehicle is in proper working condition.
• Load and unload concrete at batching plants and project sites while maintaining proper slump and mix quality.
• Operate the mixer drum efficiently to prevent segregation, spillage, or hardening of concrete.
• Follow UAE road safety rules, traffic laws, and company safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with the batch plant operator, site engineers, and supervisors to ensure smooth delivery and placement of concrete.
• Maintain accurate trip sheets, delivery tickets, and mileage logs.
• Clean the truck mixer drum and exterior regularly to avoid concrete buildup and maintain hygiene standards.
• Report immediately any vehicle malfunction, breakdown, or unsafe condition to the maintenance department.
• Assist at the site when required, following foreman instructions while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE regulations, and PPE requirements while on duty.
• Handle the mixer carefully during offloading, reversing, and maneuvering in tight project locations.
