Truck Supervisor – Volvo Certified

NexaXpert HR Consultancy is hiring a Supervisor – Volvo Certified (Trucks) for a leading Freight Forwarding Company in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Volvo-certified truck technicians in the workshop.

Ensure timely service, repair, and preventive maintenance of the truck fleet.

Monitor diagnostics and troubleshooting of Volvo heavy trucks.

Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime and keep the fleet road-ready.

Requirements:

Volvo Trucks Certification is mandatory.

Strong experience in heavy vehicles/trucks (preferably fleet environment).

Proven supervisory / team leadership skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
