Trusts & Estates Associate – Full-Service Center City Firm

Well-established full-service law firm of thirty attorneys based in Center City Philadelphia, is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate to join their growing team.

The firm’s respected T&E practice includes two experienced attorneys and two dedicated paralegals who handle a broad range of estate matters, including complex work for high-net-worth clients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both estate planning and estate administration , with meaningful client interaction and mentorship from seasoned practitioners.

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 2 years of experience in trusts and estates law
• Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in developing within a sophisticated T&E practice

The firm offers a highly competitive compensation package , a hybrid work schedule , and a reasonable billable hour requirement (1600/year) , providing a supportive and balanced work environment.
