The Role
As a Trust & Safety Syndication Specialist, you’ll review property listings flagged by our risk-scoring system (SEON) to ensure every listing on the platform is legitimate and trustworthy.

What You’ll Do
- Review listings flagged by SEON (score 10–45) for ownership verification, pricing accuracy, and potential fraud.
- Investigate data using online tools such as public records, reverse-image searches, and comparable listings.
- Document findings clearly in our internal system with screenshots, URLs, and notes.
- Meet turnaround targets — complete reviews within 5–10 hours of submission.
- Maintain a QA accuracy rate ≥ 95 % and escalation < 8 %.
- Collaborate daily with U.S. Trust & Safety leads and attend weekly QA sessions.
- Follow strict confidentiality, cybersecurity, and compliance procedures at all times.
