Trusts & Estates Attorney - FL Admitted - Remote

Our client, a leading legal publisher, seeks a Florida-admitted trusts & estates attorney for an open-ended contract assignment. The attorney will draft and annotate practical guidance and forms for an online legal product for attorneys.

Work will be done remotely from any location. This is a part-time project for an estimated 10-15 hours per week. Hours are flexible. Rate is $40/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and annotate pleadings, settlement agreements, and other documents related to probate administration, fiduciary litigation, guardianship proceedings, and other contested matters

• Draft, review, and revise practical guidance articles on Trusts & and Estates topics with a focus on probate, fiduciary litigation, guardianships, and other contested Trusts & Estates matters

• Draft checklists, charts, and other how-to guidance on contested Trusts & Estates matters

• Supplement existing documents with Florida-specific practical guidance based on state law, local custom, and legal practice experience
