Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans, focusing on expanding territory.
  • Monitor and enhance sales activities in commercial markets.
  • Conduct market analysis and maintain strong coordination with dealers.
  • Identify customer needs and industry challenges through regular customer visits.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales target and ensuring timely payment collections
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Dispatch Department to ensure dispatch has been executed.
  • Conduct receivable management, follow up with Customers till they are cleared and coordinate with Accounts Department to ensure payments are received.
  • Update all daily visit status, Complaint and any Sales loss update in Hub Spot also in order to track the records.
  • Undertake visits to distributors Potential clients as and when required to build stronger relations with them and ensure their level of satisfaction of the product to ensure repeat orders.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: B. Com / BBA / MBA
  • Experience: 3 - 5 years of sales experience in Engineering & Construction industry.
