We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead our sales operations within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, proven FMCG sales experience, and the ability to drive growth through effective team management and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market coverage and brand presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure product visibility, availability, and effective merchandising across all outlets.
  • Analyze sales performance reports and implement improvements where required.
  • Train, support, and evaluate Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) to enhance team efficiency.
  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams to implement sales promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant FMCG sales experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have a personal vehicle and be willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
