Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Babysitter to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare, be enthusiastic about engaging with children, and possess the ability to create a safe and stimulating atmosphere. This role requires a commitment to the well-being of the child while also supporting their developmental needs.

Duties

• Supervise and ensure the safety of child at all times.
• Engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Assist with daily routines including meals, naps, and hygiene.
• Provide infant care, including feeding, diaper changes, and comforting as applicable.
• Encourage play-based learning and structured activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents.

Skills

• Experience in babysitting or nannying, with references available upon request.
• Ability to handle 3 young children with high energy
• Knowledge of general caregiving practices.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.

Requirements

In order to qualify as an SMS® Sitter:

• 18 years old or older
• have a valid driver's license
• have a reliable vehicle & willingness to transport children upon request
• complete a driving record and background check*
• have or obtain CPR certification*
