Duties

• Utilize innovative learning technology tools to enhance online instruction and facilitate interactive learning experiences.
• Prepare students for standardized tests and academic assessments through targeted test preparation tutoring strategies.
• Monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively during both in-person and virtual sessions to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, or educational coordinators to support student success and address individual challenges.

Skills

• Strong expertise in curriculum development and lesson planning across diverse subjects including math (Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Discrete Math), science (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Physiology), engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), and computer science (Data Structures, Machine Learning).
• Proficiency with learning technology platforms and online instruction tools to deliver engaging virtual lessons.
• Experience teaching math at various levels—early childhood education through higher education—and working with students of different age groups including teenagers and children.
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques suitable for both classroom settings and remote learning environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate students and foster a supportive learning atmosphere.
• Familiarity with test preparation strategies for academic exams in STEM fields.
• Ability to adapt instructional methods based on individual student needs while demonstrating patience and enthusiasm for teaching.
