Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and effective online tutoring sessions for students preparing for O/A Level exams.
• Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to the specific needs and learning styles of individual students.
• Provide comprehensive support in subjects commonly covered in O/A Level curricula, including but not limited to Mathematics, Sciences, Humanities, and Languages.
• Assess student progress and performance through regular quizzes, tests, and assignments, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technology tools to enhance the learning experience and ensure student engagement.
• Maintain open and effective communication with students and parents/guardians to address concerns, provide progress updates, and offer guidance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, or a relevant subject area.
• Previous experience teaching or tutoring O/A Level students, preferably in an online setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the O/A Level curriculum and examination requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms, virtual classroom technologies, and educational resources.
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology setup for conducting online tutoring sessions.
