Tutor – Nursing

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Nursing Tutors to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Sc. (Nursing) or P.B.B.Sc. (Nursing) with at least 1 year of clinical or teaching experience. Candidates with M.Sc. (Nursing) qualifications will be given preference. The role involves supporting faculty in teaching, clinical supervision, and providing academic guidance to students.

Essential Qualification:

• B.Sc. (Nursing) or P.B.B.Sc. (Nursing)
• M.Sc. (Nursing) preferable

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of clinical or academic experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior faculty in conducting lectures and practical sessions
• Supervise students during clinical practice and hospital postings
• Provide individual academic support and mentoring to students
• Prepare and maintain student performance records
• Participate in academic activities, seminars, and workshops
• Support administrative tasks related to the department and students
• Promote discipline, professionalism, and ethical conduct among students

• Strong foundational knowledge in nursing procedures and care
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Basic teaching and presentation skills
• A supportive and team-oriented attitude
