We’re looking for positive, energetic people to join our team as Academic Tutors in reading and math. You’ll work closely with a small group of students (4–10) in a fun, supportive, and highly collaborative environment.

This isn’t just a tutoring job—it’s a place to grow.

We provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), giving you a real pathway into careers in education, ABA, or therapy.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working 1:1 and in small groups to support reading and math skills
• Helping students build confidence, independence, and a love of learning
• Collaborating with teammates to support each student’s growth
• Keeping simple progress notes and participating in team discussions
• Creating a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to be active throughout the day (sitting, standing, moving, lifting up to 50 lbs)

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
