The mission of Louisiana Public Broadcasting (LPB) is to provide programming that is intelligent, informative, educational, and entertaining. LPB connects the citizens of the state by creating content that showcases Louisiana’s unique history, people, places, and events.
The Production Department is seeking a TV Multimedia Director/Editor who can handle both production and post-production, creating content for broadcast and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a versatile storyteller with skills in producing, videography, editing, graphics, and animation, plus hands-on camera, lighting, and audio experience. Knowledge of broadcast/digital specs and live production is a strong asset.

Salary Information: The listed pay rate is the minimum compensation that may be offered. The job title and salary will be set based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience, in the Compensation Section.
Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Work Schedule: Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday; however, varying work schedules are offered.
