Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit various government departments such as Immigration, Emirates ID Authority, Labour Department, Economic Department, Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation, Notary Public, and Tasheel Centers to carry out required procedures.
- Handle visa typing, processing, renewal, and cancellation for employees and clients.
- Assist in Emirates ID registration, medical typing, and other related documentation.
- Support in company formation, trade license issuance, and renewal in coordination with operations team and clients.
- Ensure compliance with UAE government rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all government transactions, renewals, and related documents.
- Provide guidance to clients and internal teams regarding government processes and timelines.
- Liaise with free zones, mainland authorities, and other regulatory bodies for approvals.
- Stay updated with changes in labour law, immigration rules, and company formation regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a PRO in a business setup or corporate services company.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, immigration rules, and business setup procedures and other governments transactions.
- Good understanding of processes related to Emirates ID, visa applications, medicals, trade license renewals, and Tasheel services.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with government officials.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Arabic (spoken) is an advantage.
