Job Title: Visa Typist (2 Years Experience – Dubai)Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Visa Typist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Dubai to handle visa applications, government portal submissions, and document processing. The ideal candidate must be familiar with UAE immigration procedures, typing center systems, and various visa categories, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and type UAE visa applications including employment, visit, tourist, family, cancellation, and modification requests.
• Enter applicant information into UAE immigration portals (GDRFA, ICP) and relevant government systems.
• Verify supporting documents such as passports, photos, Emirates IDs, and certificates for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle medical typing, Emirates ID typing, and labor contract/tasheel applications when required.
• Track application status and update customers on progress or missing requirements.
• Ensure all forms meet UAE immigration standards and current regulations.
• Maintain organized records of submitted files, receipts, and transactions.
• Communicate professionally with customers, PROs, and government offices.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of personal and legal documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visa Typist in Dubai or the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE visa procedures, GDRFA & ICP portals, and typing software.
• Familiarity with Tasheel, E-Channel, Amer, and other related government systems.
• Excellent typing speed with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic/Hindi is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online government platforms.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
